Know how Jon’s Market works on all credit card sales:
Policy on Accepting Credit Cards
In simple terms: Verification of the customer for sales with a charge card (Credit Card Policy):
- For all credit card purchases, the customer must show a valid driver’s license or state ID card with a picture.
- Processing credit cards: Customers must sign the credit card slip when they make a purchase.
- Charges of $300 or more will need to be cleared by the person in charge.
- If the transaction is denied for any reason, the customer will have to use a different card or form of payment.
- If the second card is also turned down, the customer will be asked to show another way to pay, like cash or an ATM debit card.
- The policy for buying gift cards is that they can only be bought with cash or debit-EBT cards.
- JONS does NOT take checks or credit cards as payment for gift cards.
- When you buy a gift card at JONS, the sale is closed.
- The most you can put on a JONS gift card is $100.00.
